Once you’ve decided you’d like us to be part of your big day, get in touch as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
When you’re ready to book, we’ll add you to our booking portal, where you can provide details of your day and review our requirements to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Any finer details — like your first dance song or set timings — can be confirmed later, so there’s no need to rush important decisions.
Your booking is confirmed once we’ve received your completed booking form and a 20% deposit. Due to high demand, we are unable to hold dates before this stage.
We completely understand that you’ll have favourite songs you’d love to hear on your wedding day. Our set list, however, has been carefully crafted, tried and tested over more than a decade to create the best possible atmosphere on the dancefloor. It’s designed to flow seamlessly between tracks, build energy at just the right moments, and bring generations together for those epic, unforgettable memories.
That said, we always welcome your input. If there are songs from our spares list you’d especially like included, let us know and we’ll do our best to fit them in at the optimal moments.
On the night, we pay special attention to the audience and adapt to the crowd to make sure the vibe is just right.
We also take on special requests from outside our repertoire (£250 rehearsal fee applies).
Ultimately, the best results come when you trust us to deliver what we do best—but your preferences are always valued, and we’ll do everything we can to weave them in without losing the magic of a flowing set.
Yes — we are fully self-contained with our own professional sound equipment and stylish stage lighting. All we need are 2 x UK plug sockets within the performance area, and we’ll take care of the rest.
For larger weddings (250+ guests), we may recommend hiring an external sound system or additional crew to ensure the best possible experience.
If you’d like to take things to the next level, you also have the option to add an upgraded stage and stage-lighting package through our trusted supplier, Jamin Events. This premium setup transforms the band’s stage into an incredible focal point with a stunning look and feel — perfect if you want that extra “wow” factor for your party.
Our evening band package needs a minimum space of 5m x 3m, but we recommend 6m x 4m for the best sound and visuals.
The area should be flat, hard, and have enough room to keep both the band and your guests safe.
A raised stage isn’t required, though we offer a stage and lighting package via our trusted supplier, Jamin Events.
Any venue-provided stage must meet the minimum 5m x 3m.
Not sure about your space? We’re happy to talk to your venue and find a solution that works.
We’ll arrive to unload, set up, and perform a short sound-check. We require 90 minutes minimum, but recommend 2 hours to allow for any delays.
The band cannot arrive before 5pm unless agreed, however an earlier setup is available at an additional hourly rate.
We also offer a partial setup for large equipment (such as PA or drums) before the wedding breakfast to significantly reduce evening setup time (additional charge applies).
Setup ideally happens in an empty room before guests arrive, but if this isn’t possible, we’ve set up around guests many times before and will always work carefully to avoid disruption.
Yes — you can upgrade your booking with an additional package, but we recommend letting us know as early as possible to avoid disappointment and ensure we can bring your vision for the day to life.
If you’re upgrading to the Ultimate Package, we may need to take an additional deposit to secure the extra part of the day.
There’s no limit to how far we’ll travel — we’re always excited to perform in new places!
For venues more than 30 miles from Exeter, additional travel expenses may apply. For journeys longer than 2 hours, we’ll require overnight accommodation.
Every event is unique, so we encourage clients to get in touch for a tailored quote. We’d love to be part of your celebration, wherever it may be!
We don’t offer a dedicated DJ service, but all our evening packages include our “Playlist Service”. During our break and after our final set, we will provide our tried-and-tested CC Disco playlist.
You’re also welcome to send us your own Spotify playlist, which we’ll manage on the night.
For a full DJ service, we recommend Bespoke Disco, who offer an incredible DJ experience along with stunning dancefloors, photo booths, and finishing touches to complete your party.
